Got Milk?

I think the title of today's entry says it all. Wishing we could make millions off this picture.

My first two days of being a working mom have gone well. The day at school has flown by for me and grandma says that the day was fine at home as well. Not much else to say at this time.

Back to Work

Today was a big day in the life of being a working mom. I returned to work after being off for 12 weeks. I was put on bed rest 2 1/2 weeks before the girls were born and the 9 1/2 weeks was spent feeding, and changing diapers on two precious girls. I wasn't sad to leave the house this morning and I didn't call home to check on them. Emma had been so fussy the night before that I was worried she would drive her grandmother crazy today. Luckily she was good, or so grandma says.

My students seemed glad to have me back and my coworkers were glad to see me. I don't know how the stay at home mom's do it. I need to be out and about. But then again when I have to take my kids to daycare in August I may wish that I was a stay at home mom.

This one's for April

Last Thursday was the big day around this house. (May 1st, 2008) The first load of cloth diapers were washed and hung out on the line to dry. I think that I'll be able to survive using them, even the dirty ones.
